Kristen L. Beightol focuses her career in the areas of medical malpractice, trucking litigation, and litigation on behalf of governments to obtain unpaid taxes. Ms. Beightol is involved in litigation across the nation in all three areas. Ms. Beightol has pursued medical malpractice cases in many different areas of medicine, but has a particular interest and expertise in the areas of brain injury, birth injury, kernicterus, anesthesia injury, and eye injury. Ms. Beightol's trucking litigation experience has mainly been in representing those injured by tractor trailers; however, Ms. Beightol did spend a period of time gaining insight into the defense of such cases when she worked for one of the premier Atlanta trucking defense firms. At Bird Law Group, P.C., Ms. Beightol has returned to her love of representing those who have been injured by medical or trucking negligence and has navigated her career into the additional area of helping governments across the nation recoup unpaid taxes from corporations who have neglected to pay them.
