Kristen L. Beightol has focused her career in the areas of medical malpractice and trucking law. While Ms. Beightol has had experience with a vast array of medical malpractice cases, Ms. Beightol has handled multiple birth injury, anesthesia, orthopedic, pediatric and eye cases. Though she has spent the majority of her career representing patients injured by medical malpractice and individuals catastrophically injured by tragic trucking accidents, she worked at one of Atlanta's premier trucking defense firms to gain the defense perspective when she moved to Atlanta from Raleigh, North Carolina in 2008. At Bird Law Group, Ms. Beightol has returned to her true love of representing people who have been injured by medical malpractice or serious trucking accidents.
